Book and choose how to pay
Confirm passenger, luggage and flight details, then submit your booking request. The payment step shows the methods open for your booking: a secure online card payment, or cash to the driver in the vehicle where that option is offered.
After you submit, you see where your booking stands and what to do next — for example, completing the card payment.
Check your pickup details
Your voucher has what you need on the day: the pickup time, your driver's name and plate once assigned, and our support line if you cannot find your car — our line, not the driver's.
Your transfer runs between the airport and the address you entered. For airport pickups, your driver meets you at arrivals with a sign carrying your name. Anything else that depends on the trip, such as flight monitoring or a charge for extra waiting, is stated on the offer or in the booking form before you pay.
