A local transfer firm carries out the transfer for the seller as its supplier. Your contract is with the seller.
Main characteristics of the service
An airport transfer by road between the airport and the address or place you enter, on the date and at the pickup time you choose, in the vehicle class you select — the whole vehicle for your group or, in a shared class, the seats you book — for the number of passengers booked and with the bags, child seats and booster seats you add.
Before you pay, the booking step shows the vehicle class, how many passengers it takes, the route, the pickup date and time, the extras you chose and how long the booking can be cancelled free of charge.
Total price
The total price, including taxes and the extras you chose, is shown before you pay and does not change afterwards. There are no delivery or other additional costs, and nothing is added to the total without your explicit choice.
Payment
The payment methods open for your booking are shown before you confirm it. You pay by card online on the secure page of our payment provider, Stripe, or, where cash payment is offered for your booking, in cash to the driver in the vehicle. Card payments are charged in euros.
Performance of the service
The transfer takes place on the date and at the pickup time recorded with your booking, in a vehicle of the class booked or a higher one. We send your confirmation and booking reference to the e-mail address you give, and the driver's name and the vehicle's plate number once a driver is assigned.
Cancellation and refund
You can cancel free of charge until the free-cancellation deadline shown on your booking. A refund is always the full amount you paid and goes back to the card you paid with; if you chose to pay in cash, nothing has been charged and the booking is simply cancelled. Right of withdrawal
A transfer is a passenger transport service. Under Article 2(2)(h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services; the free cancellation described above applies instead.
Complaints and disputes
For requests and complaints contact support@clicktogoo.com. You may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits set each year under Law No. 6502.
Language
This form is published in English, Turkish, German and Russian. If the versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
