For travel agencies

Every traveller's transfer, in one list.

Keep your travellers as records, book their airport transfers on their behalf and pay by card as you book. Every completed transfer earns you a commission, and the portal shows what is not yet paid out.

  1. Book.your traveller's name and flight · paid by card at booking
  2. Follow.driver and vehicle assigned · trip done · voucher issued
  3. Review.reports per period · commission per booking

The loop your portal runs for every traveller.

Why an agency books here

What changes when the transfer sits in your portal.

Every line below names something the portal does today, not a plan.

  1. 01

Book for many, from one place

Everyone you book for is listed in the portal with their trips, and you can save a client's details there. Each booking keeps its own copy of what you entered.

A client list, built from your bookings.

  2. 02

Pay by card as you book

Each booking is paid by card at checkout, when you make it. Nothing runs on account, so there is no wallet to top up and no invoice to settle later.

Card at booking; you never owe us a balance.

  3. 03

    Commission the portal calculates

You set it in the portal, as a percentage or a fixed amount per booking, added on top of ClickToGoo's price. It is fixed when the booking is made, shown on the booking, and paid out once the transfer is completed and you have invoiced us.

Fixed at booking; no arithmetic on your side.

  4. 04

We carry the passenger, you keep the client

ClickToGoo sells as principal, issues the voucher and handles the driver and the name board. The driver never receives your traveller's phone number.

Contact details stay on the platform.

  5. 05

    Airport routes, deliberately

Every transfer we sell has an airport at one end. That is why the flight number is on the booking and the pickup time is worked out from the flight.

An airport at one end, always.

How it works

From application to reports.

  1. 01

    Apply

We review the agency and its documents, then open your portal account.

  2. 02

    Book

Open New booking, search the route, choose a vehicle, enter the traveller's details and flight number, and pay by card.

  3. 03

    Follow

Each booking shows driver and vehicle assigned, then the trip done, with its voucher.

  4. 04

    Review

Reports show the period's bookings, revenue and commission; the portal header shows commission not yet paid out.

Plain terms

What your account says.

Who sells
ClickToGoo, as principal. The transfer firm is our supplier; your traveller deals with us.
What you earn
Commission on each completed transfer, at the rate or fixed amount you set in your portal, added on top of ClickToGoo's price. ClickToGoo pays it out against your invoice.
What you pay
The price of each booking, by card at checkout. You carry no balance with us; the only balance is commission we have not yet paid out to you.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms shown at booking time apply. You cancel from the portal, on the booking itself.
What you need
Your licence or registry number and the documents the form lists for a travel agency. We do not state a review time.
Not offered
An embeddable widget, your own domain or your own colours. Your traveller page is our booking page with your logo and photo, and bookings made there count as yours.
Also in this account
API access can be switched on for your account: we issue the keys, you manage webhooks from the portal. The reference is on our developers page.

Questions

Before you apply.

Do we need to be a licensed agency?

The form asks for your licence or registry number and the documents it lists for a travel agency. A person reviews them and writes to you by email.

Does the traveller pay anything?

Not on a booking you make: you pay by card at checkout and nothing is charged to the traveller. A traveller who books on your traveller page pays there.

Can hotels and companies use this too?

Yes. One portal serves every business buyer; the account's type decides which documents we ask for and which parts of the portal it has.

Does our traveller see the transfer firm's name?

No. The traveller deals with ClickToGoo; the firm is our supplier. Name board, driver and vehicle are handled on our side.

Where do we see what we earned?

In your portal, at any time. Reports show bookings, revenue and commission per period and export to CSV; the portal header shows commission earned and not yet paid out.

One portal for all of them.

Apply with your agency's details. A person reviews them and opens your portal.
