For transfer firms

The job comes to you. The driver stays yours.

A confirmed airport booking reaches your firm as an offer. Your dispatcher assigns your own driver and vehicle from the panel, and the payout fixed when you accept is the figure on your statement.

  1. OfferFlight, pickup, your payout, reply deadline
  2. AcceptOr decline; you answer from the WhatsApp link or your panel

One job, from offer to statement, as your panel shows it.

Why firms work with us

What the panel does for your dispatcher.

Every line below names something the panel already does, not a plan.

  1. 01

    Demand arrives as offers

A confirmed booking reaches your panel ahead of the pickup with the flight, the pickup point, your payout and a deadline to answer. You accept or decline before the deadline; once you accept, the passenger's name for the board appears on the job.

Offer with a deadline; accept or decline.

  2. 02

    You keep control

Your dispatcher assigns a driver and a vehicle from your own roster. A driver is a record you manage in the panel, not an account we hand out.

Your drivers, your vehicles, your assignment.

  3. 03

    The price does not move

The offer shows what the job pays you; when you accept, that amount is fixed on the job. Later price changes do not touch it, and it is the line on your statement.

Fixed when you accept; shown on your statement.

  4. 04

    Paperwork that stays in date

Each driver's licence class, SRC and psychotechnical papers and each vehicle's registration and insurance carry an expiry date in the panel, so you see what is due before it lapses.

Expiry dates tracked per driver and per vehicle.

  5. 05

    Availability you set

Block a driver or a vehicle for a period on the calendar. A blocked vehicle is not offered for that period, and a blocked driver is not assigned.

Blocked periods stay out of offers and assignments.

What to prepare

Before you fill in the form.

Business
Company registration, tax number and the documents the form lists.
Vehicles
Vehicle classes, registrations and insurance. Each vehicle is added to the panel with its papers and their expiry dates.
Drivers
Licence class, SRC and psychotechnical certificate for each driver, added in the panel after activation with their expiry dates.
Operations
A contact person for the review. After activation, each offer reaches you in the panel and as a WhatsApp message with a one-time link to accept or decline it.
What we do not state
A review time or a booking volume. The commission rate and settlement terms are agreed on your account before activation.

Before activation

A review, then your panel.

  1. 01

    Apply

Send your company and contact details with the documents the form lists.

  2. 02

    Review

A person reads the application and the documents and, if approved, sends your panel invitation by email.

  3. 03

    Set up

Your panel opens: add drivers and vehicles, set availability and propose your route prices.

  4. 04

    Take offers

Offers start when a booking on a route you have a price for needs a firm.

Review precedes activation, and we do not promise a volume of bookings: offers depend on demand on the routes you price.

Questions

Before you apply.

What does a job pay?

The offer shows what the job pays you; that amount is fixed the moment you accept. The same figure is the line on your statement.

When is a job paid?

Completed jobs are listed on your statement and paid under the terms agreed on your account. When a passenger pays cash in the vehicle, your driver collects the full fare, you keep your payout from it, and the commission you owe ClickToGoo is invoiced to you separately.

Does my driver talk to the passenger?

They first meet at the name board. Phone numbers are not passed on in either direction; everything the driver needs is on the job.

Can we refuse offers?

Yes, before the deadline shown on the offer. A job you accept and then do not serve is recorded as a no-show against your firm.

Put your roster to work.

Apply with your company details. A person reviews them and opens your panel.
