What happens after you land at AYT
Once your flight lands at Antalya Airport, the routine is the same as at most airports: passport control for international flights, baggage claim, and then the exit into the arrivals area. Your planned pickup time is on your voucher, so keep it within reach on your phone or as a printout before you leave the baggage hall.
Add your flight number when you book: the pickup is then planned from your flight's arrival time, with a margin for passport control and baggage claim. If waiting beyond a free period is charged, the booking form shows the free minutes and the rate before you pay. If your plans change and you need a different pickup time, amendments are coordinated with support rather than arranged on the spot.
Your voucher and booking details
After you complete the booking, a confirmation email arrives with your booking reference and a “View your booking” link; your voucher opens from there. Keep both within easy reach for the day of travel: together with the email address you booked with, the reference identifies your reservation.
On your booking page — open it from the link in your confirmation email — you can review the trip details you chose at any time: the route, pickup date and time, vehicle class, and passenger count. It is worth checking everything the day before you travel. If something needs changing, contact support early rather than at the airport.
Finding your driver
Once you step into the arrivals area, look for the sign with your name. If your voucher shows a verification code, your driver says it when they meet you; if it does not match, do not get in — contact us on the line printed on your voucher.
The vehicle waiting for you matches the class you booked: a seat in the shared Minibus, or a Sedan or VIP Minivan just for your group. Check the capacity for passengers and luggage shown with your offer when you book.
Your name on a sign at arrivals
Your driver waits for you at arrivals holding a sign with your name, so you do not have to look for the car park or the right exit on your own. On the offer you see it as “Meet & greet included”.
There is nothing to add on the day: the sign carries the name you typed at booking, so check its spelling before you pay.
If you cannot find your driver
First, walk the arrivals area once more and look for the sign with your name; arrivals areas are large, and it is easy to drift a few exits away. Give it a few calm minutes before assuming something has gone wrong.
If the driver is still nowhere to be seen, open your voucher and tap “I cannot find my driver”, or call or message our support line — the number on your voucher is ours, not the driver's. Keep your booking reference at hand, stay in the arrivals area while we find your driver, and do not accept a ride from anyone else.
