Parties
This contract is made between [legal entity name], which operates ClickToGoo, registered in [country of registration] at [registered address] (trade registry no [•], contact support@clicktogoo.com) (the “Seller”), and the customer whose details are recorded when the booking is confirmed (the “Customer”).
Where the Customer books for other travellers, the Customer makes sure that they know and follow the passenger obligations in this contract.
Subject
The subject of this contract is the sale of the airport transfer that the Customer selects on clicktogoo.com — its route, vehicle class, date, pickup time, number of passengers and the extras chosen, as shown in the booking summary — and the parties' rights and obligations under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The Seller sells the transfer in its own name. A local transfer firm carries it out for the Seller as its supplier; the firm is not a party to this contract.
Price and payment
The total price, including taxes and the extras the Customer chose, is shown before the booking is confirmed and does not change afterwards. No cost is added to it without the Customer's explicit choice.
The Customer pays by card online through the Seller's payment provider, Stripe, or, where cash payment is offered for the booking, in cash to the driver in the vehicle. Card payments are charged in euros. The Seller charges no fee for either method, and no additional charge applies for concluding the contract at a distance.
Performance
The transfer is performed on the date and at the pickup time recorded with the booking, in a vehicle of the class booked or a higher one.
The Seller sends the booking confirmation and reference to the e-mail address the Customer gives, and sends the driver's name and the vehicle's plate number once a driver is assigned. The Customer can open the booking at any time through the account or with the booking reference and e-mail address.
Obligations of the Customer
The Customer gives accurate passenger, contact, flight and address details, keeps the contact details reachable, is at the pickup point on time and travels with the number of passengers, bags and seats booked.
During the journey passengers follow the rules in the Terms of Service: they wear seat belts, do not smoke or take alcohol or drugs in the vehicle, do nothing that puts the journey at risk and carry no dangerous or prohibited items.
Obligations of the Seller
The Seller provides the transfer as booked, keeps the Customer informed about the booking, handles all contact with the transfer firm and its driver — the Customer and the driver do not exchange phone numbers or e-mail addresses — and answers the Customer's requests and complaints.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
The Customer can cancel the booking free of charge until the free-cancellation deadline recorded with it. A refund is always the full amount paid and is made to the card used for payment; a booking to be paid in cash is simply cancelled.
A correction to the flight number or the pickup time is requested through support and applies only once the Seller confirms it; other details cannot be changed after booking. The details, including cancellation after the deadline and cancellation by the Seller, are set out in the Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of this contract.
Right of withdrawal
A transfer is a passenger transport service. Under Article 2(2)(h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Regulation does not apply to passenger transport services, apart from its rules on certain pre-contract information and on additional payments; the fourteen-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to this contract.
Instead, the free cancellation described above applies: the Customer can cancel free of charge until the deadline shown on the booking and receive the full amount paid.
Events beyond control
Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, road or airport closures, strikes or decisions of the authorities. If the transfer cannot take place for such a reason, the Seller refunds the full amount paid.
Complaints and disputes
For requests and complaints contact support@clicktogoo.com. You may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits set each year under Law No. 6502.
Pre-information and acceptance
By confirming the booking, the Customer confirms having received and read the Pre-Information Form before this contract was made and accepts this contract electronically. The version accepted is recorded with the booking.
This contract is published in English, Turkish, German and Russian. If the versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
