For business travel
Your people land. Somebody is already waiting.
Book the airport transfer for whoever is travelling from your own portal. You pay by card as you book, the traveller pays nothing at the kerb, and every trip stays in one list.
- Book.for a colleague travelling · their name and flight
- Follow.driver and vehicle assigned · trip done · voucher issued
- Review.every trip in one list · reports per period
One trip, from booking to report, as your portal shows it.
Why a company books here
What the portal changes for whoever arranges the travel.
Every line below names something the portal already does, not a plan.
- 01
Book on your colleague's behalf
You enter their name, flight number and pickup. They are met at arrivals with a name board and are asked for nothing at the kerb.
No card at the kerb, no expense claim afterwards.
- 02
Your travellers, kept
Everyone you book for is listed in the portal with their trips, and you can save their details there. Each booking keeps its own copy of what you entered.
A traveller list, built from your bookings.
- 03
Every trip in one list
The bookings screen shows what anyone on the account booked, filtered by date, status or payment, searchable by traveller, booking number or flight, and downloadable as a spreadsheet.
One list, filterable and exportable.
- 04
One report, not a pile of receipts
Each booking is paid by card at checkout, when it is made. Reports show each period's bookings and their total, and export to CSV.
Card at booking; nothing owed afterwards.

Plain terms
Who does what.
- Who sells
- ClickToGoo, as principal. The transfer firm is our supplier, not your colleague's counterparty.
- How you pay
- By card at checkout, when each booking is made. There is no invoice, prepaid balance or credit to settle later.
- What the traveller pays
- Nothing. The booking is paid by card at checkout when you make it; nothing is asked of the traveller.
- Traveller data
- Phone number and email stay on the platform; the firm sees only the name, flight and pickup its driver needs. Handled under KVKK and GDPR.
- What you need
- Your company registration details and the documents the form asks for. We do not state a review time.
- Not offered
- Departments, cost centres and an approval queue. Anyone you invite with a booking role books directly; the spend is read from the one list and the reports.
Questions
Before you apply.
Does the traveller need to pay or claim anything?
No. You pay for the booking by card when you make it, so nothing is asked of them at the kerb and there is nothing to claim back.
Can several colleagues book?
You invite them to the account and each gets their own sign-in. Every booking any of them makes lands in the same list and counts in the same reports.
Can we route bookings through an approval step first?
No. A booking made in the portal goes straight to payment; nobody has to approve it. The list and the reports are where the spend is reviewed.
Which trips can we book?
Transfers with an airport at one end, in the places we operate. City-to-city travel is not sold here.
