Who we are and what these terms cover
ClickToGoo is operated by [legal entity name], registered in [country of registration] at [registered address] (trade registry no [•]). These terms apply when you use the ClickToGoo website or your ClickToGoo account and when you book a transfer with us.
You accept them when you confirm a booking. Our Cancellation & Refunds policy is part of these terms. For a booking you make as a consumer, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract apply as well. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Clarification Notice and the Cookie Policy.
What we sell
We sell airport transfers. Every route we sell has an airport at one end; the other end is the address or place you enter. Journeys between two points neither of which is an airport are not part of our service.
Some vehicle classes are shared rides sold per seat: you pay for your seats and travel with other passengers booked on the same vehicle. The other classes reserve the whole vehicle for your group. Each offer shows which kind it is.
When you book, you buy the transfer from ClickToGoo: we are the seller and your contract is with us. A local transfer firm whose documents and vehicles we have checked carries out the transfer for us as our supplier. The firm is not a party to your contract, and we do not name it on your booking.
You deal only with us. The transfer firm and its driver receive the details they need for the trip, but not your phone number or e-mail address, and you do not receive theirs. Anything about your transfer goes through ClickToGoo support.
Who can book
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract. If you book for other people, you confirm that they agree to it, that you may give us their details and that they will follow the passenger rules in these terms.
A travel agency, hotel or company that books through its ClickToGoo business account books on the traveller's behalf and accepts these terms for that booking.
Booking and confirmation
Search shows the offers open for your route, date, time and number of passengers, each with its vehicle class, the number of passengers it takes and its total price. Before you pay, the booking step also shows how you can pay and how long the booking can be cancelled free of charge.
At the booking step you enter the passengers, your contact details and, for an airport arrival, your flight number, and you add any bags, child seats, booster seats and other extras offered for your booking. We check them against the chosen vehicle, and any fee for them is included in the total you see before you confirm.
Your booking gets a reference, which we send with the confirmation to the e-mail address you give. A booking paid by card is confirmed once the payment succeeds; until then it is shown as awaiting payment, and if the payment is not completed in time, the unpaid booking is cancelled automatically. A booking to be paid in cash is confirmed when you complete it; if you book as a guest, we may first ask you to confirm your e-mail address through a link we send you.
We may decline or cancel a booking we cannot carry out — for example when no suitable vehicle is available, when the details make the transfer impossible or when we have good reason to suspect fraud. We then tell you and refund the full amount you paid.
Prices and payment
The total shown before you pay is fixed for your booking and does not change afterwards. It covers the transfer in the vehicle class and for the number of passengers you booked, the extras you chose and applicable taxes.
You pay online by card on the secure page of our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Where cash payment is offered for your booking, you can choose instead to pay the driver in cash in the vehicle, and nothing is charged in advance.
Card payments are charged in euros. Prices shown in another currency are approximate conversions for your information. If your card is in another currency, your bank's own exchange rate and fees apply. Other payment methods, such as bank transfer or a stored balance, are not available.
Your transfer
The transfer takes place on the date and at the pickup time recorded with your booking. For an airport arrival, your flight number is recorded with the booking and helps us plan your pickup; if your flight changes, send the new details to support.
When a driver is assigned, we send you the driver's name and the vehicle's plate number, and your voucher shows them too. If you cannot find the car at the pickup point, press “I cannot find my driver” on your voucher or contact support, and we locate the driver for you.
For a trip to the airport, choose a pickup time that leaves enough margin for traffic and check-in.
What we ask of passengers
Give accurate names, contact details, flight number and addresses, keep the phone number and e-mail address you gave us reachable, and be at the pickup point on time.
Travel with the number of passengers, bags and seats you booked. The vehicle is chosen for what you declared, so more people or luggage than booked may not fit safely, and these details cannot be changed after booking: if your group or luggage grows, cancel free of charge before the deadline and book the vehicle you need. Write bulky items and special needs in the booking notes, and tell support before the pickup about anything urgent.
Book a child or booster seat for each child who needs one; you remain responsible for the children travelling with you.
During the journey, wear your seat belt, do not smoke or take alcohol or drugs, do not distract the driver or do anything that puts the journey at risk, and treat the driver and the vehicle with respect. Do not carry dangerous, illegal or prohibited items.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
You can cancel free of charge until the free-cancellation deadline shown on your booking, and a refund is always the full amount you paid. How to cancel, what happens after the deadline, how changes, delays and missed pickups are handled and what happens if we cannot carry out your transfer are set out in the Cancellation & Refunds policy.
Our responsibility
As the seller, ClickToGoo is responsible to you for the transfer you booked, within these terms and the law. The transfer firm that carries it out for us must drive safely and hold the permits and insurance the law requires, and it must use a vehicle of the class you booked or a higher one.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic, road or airport closures, strikes or decisions of the authorities, or by incorrect details you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Lost property
If you leave something in the vehicle, contact support with your booking reference as soon as possible. We pass your request to the transfer firm and tell you what it finds.
Messages about your booking
We send your booking messages by e-mail: the confirmation, the driver's details, pickup-time changes and cancellations. We may also send the confirmation, the driver's details and pickup-time changes to your phone on WhatsApp, or by SMS where WhatsApp cannot deliver them. These are service messages about your transfer.
Replies to our WhatsApp and SMS messages are not answered. To reach us, use the channels on our Contact page.
Your account and use of the site
Keep your password to yourself and share your booking reference only with people you trust: with the reference and your e-mail address, anyone can open and cancel your booking.
Use the site to book and manage transfers for yourself or for people whose travel you arrange. Do not copy, scrape or resell its content or offers, make bookings with automated tools, or interfere with its security or operation. We may suspend an account that is used in these ways.
The ClickToGoo name and logo and the content of this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and may not be used without our permission.
Support, complaints and governing law
For help or complaints contact support@clicktogoo.com; we aim to respond promptly and resolve issues fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration bodies of [•], without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when our service or the law changes. The version in force when you confirmed a booking applies to that booking and is recorded with it.
