What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise the browser on your next request or visit. A site can also keep small pieces of information in your browser's local storage. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.
Cookies that run the site
Sign-in: ctg.customer.session-token keeps you signed in to your account for the session, or longer if you choose to stay signed in. Security cookies whose names begin with authjs protect the sign-in form, return you to the page you came from and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, secure that sign-in for a few minutes.
Booking access: ctg_guest_booking lets you manage a booking you opened with its reference and e-mail address, for a few hours.
Payment: ctg_payment_result carries the result of your card payment from the payment page back to our site, for a few minutes.
Cookie notice: ctg_cookie_consent records that you have seen the notice about cookies, so that it is not shown again, for six months.
Cookies that remember your choices
Search country: ctg_market remembers the country of the airport you last searched, so that the search starts there next time, for six months.
Display currency: ctg_display_currency remembers the currency you chose for showing prices, for one year. You are always charged in euros.
Agency referral: ctg_travelers remembers which travel agency's page on our site you came from, for the period we set, so that your booking is credited to that agency.
Closed announcements: if you close an announcement on the site, your browser's local storage remembers it so that the same announcement is not shown again.
Third parties
Maps: on pages that show a map, our map provider Mapbox keeps an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage and reports that a map was loaded, which Mapbox uses to count map use.
Payment: you pay by card on the payment page of our provider Stripe, which uses its own cookies under its own cookie policy, for example to prevent fraud.
Bot protection: on the booking form, Cloudflare Turnstile may check in its own frame that the request comes from a person and not an automated tool.
We use no analytics or advertising cookies and no third-party tracking tools.
Why we do not ask for consent
The cookies above are needed to run the site or to remember choices you make on it, and none of them is used for analytics or advertising, so we set them without asking for consent. The notice on the site tells you what is set; there is nothing to accept or reject. If we ever introduce a cookie that needs consent, we will ask before setting it.
Controlling cookies
You can see and delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and block them for our site. If you block the cookies that run the site, you may not be able to sign in, open your booking or complete a payment.
